Professional background
​​Loubens Decamp is a distinguished graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (2014) and a Master of Science in Nanotechnology (2018). Before his time at UCF, he studied Mathematics at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) of the State University of Haiti, graduating in 2005. Currently, Loubens serves as a Systems Engineering Manager at a prominent aerospace company in Florida, where he leads a diverse team of talented engineers, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals.​​​​​​​

The Full Story
​​​​​With a passion for helping people land their dream jobs, I felt compelled to create something unique, affordable, and accessible to everyone. This vision was shaped by my experiences volunteering in middle and high schools in Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), traveling to colleges with the Lockheed Martin Talent Team, and conducting over 20 interviews each year as a functional manager.
Too often, I met highly qualified candidates who missed great opportunities simply because they were not prepared for their interviews. That gap inspired the creation of D’Advising Centre. Our mission is to prepare clients for every type of interview — college, career, and beyond — while ensuring their resumes stand out with confidence and professionalism.​​​​​​​
